Fenix Studios ("we," "us," or "our") sends SMS text messages to customers who book rehearsal, recording, podcast, or other studio services through our website or portal. By providing your mobile number and opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the terms described below.

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive up to 2 messages per booking:

• One booking confirmation message after your payment is processed.
• One schedule reminder message sent prior to your appointment date.

You may occasionally receive additional messages related to schedule changes or booking updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile number with any third parties. Your mobile number is used solely for the purpose of sending you booking confirmations, schedule reminders, and related service notifications from Fenix Studios. Your number is stored securely and is never provided to advertising networks, data brokers, or external marketing services.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent.
